Shipping policy

Shipping and delivery: 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Standard shipping is a flat rate of $9.95, expect your order 2-8 days

Express shipping which will include a a flat rate of $15, expect your order 1-3 days after the order has been processed. 

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking when your order has been dispatched. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Standard shipping for international orders is a flat rate of $25 please allow 14-21 days for your order to arrive after your order has been processed. 

As we have located in Australia and use a local service you may experience delays. 

Please note that international orders shipped to the United States of America, United Kingdom, New Zealand, and countries within the EU are shipped via Aus post meaning there are no additional charges upon arrival in your country.

For other international orders to countries not mentioned above, any customs fees, duties, or taxes required for clearance are the responsibility of the customers and will be calculated, displayed, and charged during checkout.

FURTHER INFORMATION

Please be aware that our warehouse is closed during public holiday periods, so plan your orders accordingly, as shipments will not be processed on these dates. All orders are automatically processed, and we are unable to expedite or delay shipping times.

Please note that all shipping charges are non-refundable.

CANCELLATIONS

Lacuna reserves the right to cancel your order within 48 hours of placement. If canceled, a refund will be issued, and the total amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
