Returns for exchange or gift card

Returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed,  tags attached, and in the original packaging to be eligible for a credit note or exchange. This must be done within 14 days of receipt of your shipment. 

Any garments that have been worn, damaged, altered, or washed will not be accepted.

Returned garments with make-up marks or fake tan will not be accepted for any type of return, as all returned merchandise must be in a re-saleable state.

All swimwear bikini bottoms must have the hygiene sticker still attached to receive any kind of returns for hygiene reasons. 

Please note that all sale purchases are final and cannot be returned. Make your selections carefully. Lacuna accepts returns on sale items only if they are deemed faulty.

 

We do not offer refunds unless product deemed faulty

Lacuna reserves the right to reject returns or exchanges that do not comply with the guidelines and process as stated above. In the instance your item is not accepted, it will be returned to you and neither a refund nor exchange granted.
